Terms of Service
The rules governing access to and use of Weave.
Last updated: August 28, 2026
These Terms form an agreement between you and CypherNet Security Inc. when you access or use Weave. By using the service, you confirm that you can legally accept these Terms and will comply with applicable law.
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information, protect your account, and notify us of unauthorized use. Weave is not intended for children under 14. If you are below the age of majority, you require permission from a parent or legal guardian where applicable. Payment and payout features may have additional eligibility requirements.
Your content and license to operate Weave
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant CypherNet Security Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, store, reproduce, encode, display, stream, distribute, and technically process that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote within, and provide Weave according to your settings.
You must have all rights and permissions required for the content, metadata, artwork, music, video, software, and other material you upload or monetize.
Marketplace, creators, and X2V
Prices, currencies, access conditions, platform fees, creator shares, taxes, and refund information presented at checkout or in creator tools form part of the applicable transaction. Third-party payment providers may impose their own terms and verification requirements.
X2V measures qualified activity under Weave's current rules. Displayed activity, scores, estimated value, or projected earnings do not guarantee payment. Only finalized allocations and settled payouts represent completed monetary transfers.
Public beta and service changes
Weave is currently a public beta. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We may restrict access to protect users, creators, third parties, or the service. We will not describe beta functionality as certified or independently audited unless that becomes true.
Responsibility, termination, and law
You are responsible for your content, account activity, rights declarations, prices, and compliance with law. We may remove content or suspend accounts for credible infringement, unlawful activity, fraud, security threats, or material violations of these Terms.
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer or privacy rights that cannot legally be waived. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec and Canada, without limiting mandatory rights available where you live.
