Creator & Rights Policy
Ownership, permissions, publishing, and rights enforcement.
Last updated: August 28, 2026
Weave is built for creators to publish and monetize work they own or are authorized to use. This policy applies to every uploaded file, cover, description, game bundle, audio track, and video.
Ownership and required rights
You retain ownership of your work. Before publishing, you must have the rights required to host, reproduce, stream, distribute, sell access to, and permit any selected downloads. Rights may come from original authorship, a valid license, or documented authorization.
Samples, performances, compositions, artwork, trademarks, likenesses, footage, software libraries, fonts, and bundled game assets may carry separate rights. You are responsible for clearing each component.
Creator declarations and Quality Gate
Rights declarations and Quality Gate checks support publishing decisions but do not transfer responsibility to Weave and do not prove ownership by themselves. We may request additional information, limit distribution, require changes, or reject material when the rights or technical safety are unclear.
License to provide the service
You grant only the limited operational license described in the Terms. We do not acquire ownership of your work. You may remove eligible content, subject to completed transactions, legal retention, disputes, backups, and auditable records.
Copyright and rights reports
A rights holder or authorized representative may send a notice identifying the protected work, the allegedly infringing Weave location, contact information, the basis for the claim, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized. We may forward relevant notice details to the uploader and may request clarification or a response.
Send rights notices to contact@cyphernetsecurity.com with the subject “Weave Rights Notice”. Knowingly false reports or repeated infringement may result in account action.
