Digital access, creator-enabled downloads, and refunds.

This policy applies when Weave offers paid digital access. The content page and checkout identify the item, creator, price, currency, and access terms applicable to the purchase.
Digital access
A completed purchase grants a personal, limited, non-transferable access entitlement. It does not transfer copyright or ownership. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or bypass access controls unless the creator has expressly authorized it.
Downloads
Downloads are disabled by default. A creator may enable downloads for eligible audio or video. Web Game source ZIPs are never offered as consumer downloads. Download links are access-controlled, short-lived, and may be rate-limited. Downloading does not create X2V consumption credit because offline use cannot be verified by Weave.
Refunds and access problems
Digital purchases may be final once usable access is supplied, except where applicable law requires otherwise or when the purchase was unauthorized, duplicated, materially misdescribed, technically unavailable, or otherwise eligible under the checkout terms. Contact us promptly with the order reference and problem description.
A refund or chargeback may deactivate the related entitlement. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer cancellation, refund, or chargeback rights.
Prices, fees, and contact
The final amount, currency, applicable fees, and taxes must be shown before confirmation. Payment providers may perform fraud, identity, or eligibility checks. Contact contact@cyphernetsecurity.com for purchase support.
